I'm not sure I can make it since Ubercon and Lunacon are both in March and it's probably going to fall in that timeframe. I know NJLP is booked March 11-13 for Ubercon, and Lunacon is the week after (the 19th).

I recommend that you go to the http://www.unrealadmin.org page first since that has links inside it and many tutorials for all versions of UT:

They have tutorials for both windows and linux installations and they are updated on a semi-regular basis.
