NJLP’s JULY Lan Party

Thanks to everyone who showed up! It was a lot of fun and we couldn't have done it  with out you! Also thanks to the sponsors. View the pictures here...More will be added when they come in.

Who : This party is open to the PUBLIC!

            You must be at least 15 years old to be unaccompanied by an adult.

Where : Butler Fire Hall

               26-28 CAREY AVENUE,

               Butler, NJ 07405

When : Saturday July 31st, 2004 from 9:00am to Midnight.

How much? : The cost will be $10 per person by 7/20.

                        After 7/20 or at the door $15.

                         Spectators - $5 at the door

Details :

This is a Bring Your Own Computer event. If you need to rent a monitor, please let me know. I have 6 Monitors, and they are going fast. You can rent a monitor for the day for $5.  I will have spare keyboard and mice, and power cables for anyone who forgets, but please try to remember.

There will be several servers running at all times! If there is something you really want to play, post a message on the message board on NJLanParty.com.

This is only a rough schedule. All game types will be available all day long, and you can play whatever you have enough people to play, even if its not listed.

After we get settled, the mayhem begins! Games will be decided by whomever is there at the time. There are no limits as to what we will play or try! Well, ok...The only limit will be LICENSED USERS ONLY!

Rules :

• There will be no trading of warez, MP3’s or Movies! We are getting together to play, not clog the LAN with stuff flying back and forth.
• You must have licensed copies of the games you will be playing. We will not be responsible for getting our servers to work with your cracked copy.
• Adults only. No one under 15 years old with out being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Headphones only: I hate this rule, I really do, however due to power and space concerns, I am asking everyone to use headphones. Don’t worry…We will have at least one spectating system with speakers to provide atmosphere.
• No Alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances or activities.

What to bring:

1. Your PC
   1. All CDs that you may need to start any games you plan to play.
   2. All power cables
   3. A 25 foot Network Cable
   4. Mouse pad
   5. Headphones
2. Money for food
3. Or Chips, snacks, or soda for yourself or to share if you want.
